Text Message Terms
The program
Program: ATELIARA Appointment Texts. Appointment confirmations, reminders and requests to confirm a held time, sent for the salon you booked with. The program is run by Ateliara LLC, a Utah limited liability company, on behalf of the salon.
To stop the messages
Reply STOP to any message and they end immediately. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@ateliara.com. You can also just ask the salon and they will switch it off for you.
Stopping texts never affects your appointment. You keep your booking, and the salon can still reach you the way it always could.
Who is texting you
ATELIARA is the booking software your salon uses. When you get one of these texts it is sent by ATELIARA on behalf of the salon you booked with, and it names both, so you always know which salon it is about.
What we send
- A confirmation when an appointment is booked.
- A reminder before your appointment.
- Occasionally, a request to confirm an appointment that has not been confirmed yet.
- A receipt after you pay.
That is the whole list. These are messages about your own appointments. We do not send offers, promotions or newsletters on this program.
How you agreed to them
When you create your account on your salon's booking page, you enter your mobile number and can tick a box labeled "Text me about my appointments". The box starts unticked and it is optional: you can create an account and book without it. Beside the box the page says: "By ticking this box you agree to receive appointment reminder and confirmation texts from Ateliara on behalf of [your salon's name]. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel." Links to these terms and to the Privacy Policy sit next to it. Leave the box unticked and you get no texts.
These are messages about appointments you booked. Offers and promotions are never sent on this program, and the form does not ask you to agree to marketing texts.
How often, and what it costs
Roughly two to four messages per visit, depending on what your salon has set up. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. ATELIARA and the salon do not charge you anything for the messages themselves.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Not every message arrives, which is why nothing about your appointment depends on you receiving one.
Your information
Your phone number is used to send you these messages and for nothing else on this program. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
